The Second (1999) and Third Season (2000)

Mid-September (1999) and there is still a lot blooming.

A closer look at the echinacea, Russian sage, 'Autumn Joy' sedum, and 'Goldsturm' rudbeckia. The large red plant on the left is castor bean.

The wildflower garden (2000) with gaillardia, oxeye daisy, coreopsis and little bluestem.

Looking through the kitchen garden to the perennial bed (June 2000).

The perennial bed in late June 2000. Sweet William, 'May Night' salvia, 'Moonbeam' coreopsis, dwarf iris and the very bright blue species delphinium.

The same garden in August 2000. The 'Autumn Joy' sedum hasn't started to turn color yet but the daylilies, purple coneflower, Russian sage, Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm,' and monarda are all in full bloom.
